This is my go-to mail place. I live in Fairfield, and there are soo many nail places all over, but I drive to Westport for this one. Their prices are fair. Their service is always great and the ladies consistently do a beautiful job on my nails. I definitely recommend them for any nail service: manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, 15 min massage, UV gel nails, dip manicures, French pedicure (I loved mine! It came out so pretty! See picture), and any acrylic or artificial nail enhancement fill. Tina (owner along with her husband) is always friendly and greets everyone with a smile. It's a pretty salon with a nice relaxing vibe. My girl Tracy is always pleasant to deal with and very meticulous when doing my nails.

I decided to try Azena again today as my last experience there awhile back wasn't good. Well, today was worse! They yell " 5 minute pick color". So I did. 20 minutes later they seat me at a beat up pedicure chair. I sat there for another 10 minutes. Then a man came and filled the basin with cool water and put my feet in. Then left me there until I had to pull my waterlogged feet out. After another 10 minutes, I put on my flip flops and left, with them yelling after me "5 minute!"
Don't waste your time and money.

I had a lovely experience here but it was one of the more expensive salons and the gel manicure chipped after just 4 days which was disappointing.

Last and final review because I simply cannot return!
After many years of trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, today I walked out mid-massage and manicure. The female owner again cannot refrain from her disrupting and unprofessional behavior. When I realized it was her doing my massage, my gut told me to request someone else or leave, but I didn't. She took three phone calls (two personal) while doing my pedicure and got up twice. How relaxing for me me?!
When she began my mani, I was explaining how I wanted my nails shaped and showing her a picture when a customer walked in. She walked away as I was speaking, didn't excuse herself, and took that customer. I waited a few minutes thinking there was no way she would have just left me, but sure enough, she did. She walked away from my manicure to wax a new customers eyebrows. I got up, paid and left. I TRULY hope the business reads the reviews and turns this around! Their staff is wonderful and should not have to work for such an unprofessional owner who's unaware of her behavior.

I normally don't post reviews, but I've never had such a poor experience at a nail salon and I want to warn people about how bad the service is here. The owner Tina raised her voice at me multiple times and shushed me when I had questions. She continued to push me for services that I didn't want while she was doing my pedicure, I couldn't take even 5 minutes to just relax because she kept trying to get me to get more things done. Please avoid this place if you are trying to relax - all you'll get is an owner who raises her voice at you and is pushing you to spend more money. At one point I told her to please lower her voice because I really was trying to relax and she was making me anxious. I ended up leaving half way during my visit because I could no longer stay there for another minute and I'm now at another nail salon for my manicure.
