This week, I wrote a national piece on "beds and sheds", why the instiutional money will (continue to) flow into these sectors. For WA, the issue of residential supply is not one which can be rectified quickly and returns for these assets will grow in attractiveness ahead of many other commercial offerings, particularly in the short to medium term. Great to see these comments in The West Australian today!
