Responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, leading pre-production, producing web and social media content, and managing design projects. The coordinator also develops testing and revision protocols to optimize compatibility and troubleshoot issues while contributing new design ideas to promote the department's image. Essential skills include visual design expertise, multitasking, and adherence to deadlines.

Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing or feedback.Required QualificationsThis position requires either (a) Master's degree from an in a directly related area of specialization; (b) Bachelor's degree from an in a directly related area of specialization and two years of experience directly related to the job functions; or (c ) 6 years of direct experience.Faculty Position Required QualificationsN/ADepartmental Requirements

Two or more years of experience designing in a web-based environment (publishing/editorial preferred)Complete proficiency in WordPress and WordPress theme development, designs and edits, HTML, and PHP coding experience preferredExperience with web hosting environments and cPanel preferredProficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or other interface design tool)Comfortable knowledge of CSS/JavaScript/CMS and current development trendsA solid portfolio with design examplesExperience writing articles and documentationAbility to manage and meet multiple deadlinesGood organization skillsExcellent written communication skillsStatement(s) of Understanding DefinitionThis position requires a background check.
