How dare people enjoy these things! I don't enjoy them, and neither should you! Cease your merriment at once!

Your humor is appealing if you don’t find all three of these shows funny for the entirety of each episode.

As someone who just finished watching all of the seasons of VB I can say that it was a good show I would like a proper ending to, because of the massive cliffhangers they left it on (and clearly unaware they were going to get canceled when they made it)

I'll be the first to tell you that on average American films are watched more than any others, but at the same time many of my favorite films are not American. We tend to do quantity over quality. Not to say we don't have many great movies, but they are far outweighed by the over budgeted poop thats big lately. And i'd dare say that our television is awful, not even comparatively, its just really, really bad. I'm a huge fan of old french animated movies. Image is one of my favorites. Then you have a few good Spanish films, like Pan's Labyrinth. A hell of a lot of good Japanese and Chinese films. Y'all have some decent TV too (the red green show, Letterkenny.) I would say 80% of the shows i have liked were from outside the us.

i was about to check that out, seems decent, but how was the whole leftist input? rightist either? I'm assuming there's some shilling, but whom to?

It's just a cool ass story about a dude. Doesn't take itself too seriously either. Overly violent but would make you chuckle while it was happening. What's funny is you feel like it's going to take an angle starting out, but it doesn't at all.

The real thing I'm thinking is happening here is that your time has come and gone. Cinematic films that are good still exist, and to say none, absolutely none, in the past few years have been good is a fallacy.

Besides the anti-american trip some people are trying to make this into, I'm more seeing age in your comments.

Many people who grow up and become out of touch in the younger generations shows and media, will ultimately be unable to enjoy them and prefer the shows and films of the past. Old people generally prefer old shows.

It's not that none of them were good, objectively, it's that I think you just don't like any of the films, again, preferring your own times cinematography.

A natural process that is hard or impossible to reverse: aging mentally.

Okay then, what foreign films have you seen in the last few years?

Dialogue and conversations do not happen if you come at somebody for something the issue doesn't represent.

Gonna have to say, this is more of a boomer situation then a amerifat who doesn't pay attention to the rest of the world kind of situation. Forcing a problem to have roots in something it doesn't just leads to confusion and anger, and no conversation can be had.

The simple reality is, there's tons of good art being made all around the world. Just not in america, so either you are only watching american propaganda, or you're too stupid to appreciate good art.
Pick one.

Your reply was to a random guy who saw the thread, not the guy you were replying to. I am a huge fan of foreign media, Japanese, British, French and some German and Korean shows.
